Face to face advice
If you'd like advice on learning and work opportunities in your area, your local nextstep service can help you. Each nextstep service is set up differently to serve the local community, but services typically include face-to-face careers advice interviews, help with your CV and advice on the local jobs market.
You can use nextstep services if you're aged 20 or over and haven't yet got a level 3 qualification such as:
- two or more A Levels
- NVQ Level 3
- BTEC National Certificate or Diploma.
